When right forfeited, appointment to go to His Majesty. 2. Provided always, that where the right, estate, or interest of any person or persons shall be forfeited under any of the provisions of the said Act or this Act, the right of such appointment shall immediately vest in and belong to His Majesty, his heirs and successors.
