Court may order amount of estreated recognizances and fines imposed on jurors and witnesses to be forthwith levied. 9. It shall and may be lawful to and for [any judge of the Crown Court] immediately on any recognizance being estreated, or any juror or witness fined, to forthwith order the [appropriate officer of that court] to levy the amount for which such recognizance shall be estreated or fine imposed on the body and goods of the person or persons against whom such warrant shall issue, as is usual in the recovery of forfeited recognizances; ....
