Jurisdiction of the county court. 10.(1) The court for the determination of all matters under this Act shall be the county court having jurisdiction where the holding is situate. Subs.(2) rep. by 1959 c.25 (NI) s.154(3) sch.5; subs.(3) rep. by 1955 c.21 (NI) s.28 sch.[
