Registration of improvements. 19. Improvements by a landlord or tenant on any holding may be registered in the manner provided by section six of the Landlord and Tenant (Ireland) Act, 1870, but the court in which the improvements may be registered shall be the court within the meaning of this Act, and the said section for the purposes of this section shall be deemed to be incorporated in this Act.
