TOURIST TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1968 - SECT 4 

Amendments as to registration of catering establishments.

4.(1) Notwithstanding anything in section 12(1) of the Act of 1948, where the
proprietor of any premises used as a catering establishment makes an
application to the Board for the registration of those premises under that
section for the financial year then current, the Board may register those
premises for that year.

(2) Where the registration of any premsies is effected by virtue of subsection
(1), the Board may direct that it shall have effect as from such date (not
being earlier than the date of the application for registration) as they may
specify.

Subs.(3) amends sch.2 to 1948 c.6 (NI)
