WATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1973 - SECT 38 



38. The Ministry

(a)shall be entitled to all sewage discharged into its sewers or sewage
treatment works and to the contents of any septic tank emptied by it under
Article 37; and

(b)may process, sell or otherwise dispose of such sewage or contents.
