WATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1973 - SECT 41

41. Any person who, wilfully and without the consent of the Ministry, alters
or interferes with any works vested in the Ministry for the purposes of this
Order shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction on
indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine or
to both.
