WATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1973 - SECT 43

43.(1) The Ministry may make regulations with respect to the construction,
inspection, maintenance and repair of reservoirs and dams.

(2) Regulations under paragraph (1) shall be subject to affirmative
resolution.
