WATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1973 - SECT 45



45. Any person who wilfully obstructs an authorised officer of the Ministry in
the execution of any functions under this Order shall be guilty of an offence
and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding #100.
