WATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1973 - SECT 15



15. The Ministry, before commencing to execute repairs or other work which
will cause any material interference with the supply of water or any use of
sewerage facilities provided by it

(a)shall, except in a case of emergency, give to all persons likely to be
affected such notice as is reasonably practicable, and

(b)shall complete the work with all reasonable despatch.
