WATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1973 - SECT 52

52. If any person who, under Article 50 is admitted to any factory, workshop
or workplace discloses to any person any information obtained by him there
with regard to any manufacturing process or trade secret, he shall, unless the
disclosure is made in the performance of his duty, be guilty of an offence
under this Article and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
#100, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both.
