Coming into operation

The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Pensions Regulator Tribunal (Transfer of Functions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Regulator Tribunal (Transfer of Functions) (2010 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Pensions Regulator Tribunal (Transfer of Functions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010, in so far as not already in operation, is 6th April 2010.
