Coming into operation
1st May 2012
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Form of Licence) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2012.
2. Part VIII of the Schedule to the Licensing (Form of Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(3) (Disqualification of Premises) shall be omitted.

These Regulations amend the Licensing (Form of Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 as courts may no longer make an order disqualifying additional permitted hours or an extension licence, granted to certain premises, as an alternative to suspending the intoxicating liquor licence.
