The Department of Justice, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 75(3) of the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 ("the 2004 Order")(1).
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Firearms (Variation of Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 and shall come into operation on 22nd February 2016.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (2) shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
2. The current fees specified in the second column of Schedule 6 to the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 which are payable in relation to the matters specified in the first column of that Schedule are varied to the revised fees specified in the third column of the Schedule to this Order.

This Order varies certain fees payable under the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004.
S.I. 2004/702 (N.I. 3) Article 75(3) was amended by paragraphs 3(f) and 9(a) of Schedule 11 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Devolution of Policing and Justice Functions) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/976).
