Coming into operation
1st October 2016
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing of Pavement Cafés (Form of Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2016.
2. A pavement café licence shall be in the form set out in the Schedule.

(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These regulations prescribe the form of a pavement café licence which is issued by a district council and authorises the licence holder to place on a public area (identified by the licence) temporary furniture for use for the consumption of food or drink supplied, in the course of a business carried on by the licence holder, in or from premises specified in the licence.
