The gudeschir, efter the deceis of his sone, aucht and sould have the keiping of his nepvoy, as narrest of kin to him, and descendand lineallie of his bodie, as air of line to him narrest to succeid to his landis and heritage; and in this cais aucht to be preferrit to the tutouris or curatouris, gif ony be, suppois the superiour be preferrit to him in this cais, gif the said nepvoy has ony landis fallin in ward be ressoun of his minorities.
