The Lords unanimously sustained the tutrix's defence upon the prescription of tutors' accounts, 20th January. 31st January The Lords unanimously adhered without answers;—and most of us were of opinion that even protutors and procurators accounts fall under the act of prescription. Vide act of sederunt anent protutors, &c.
