Subject_Poor's Roll.—
A, the pursuer of a reduction, obtained the benefit of the poors' roll: the defender raised a relative action of declarator against A: in this last action, A, of consent of the defender in the reduction, was, on his petition, remitted de plano to the poors' roll, without repeating the usual procedure necessary for obtaining the benefit of the poors' roll, under a first application.
