Subject_Interdict.—
In an application to have the respondents interdicted from selling or disposing of certain woods, the Court held, upon evidence in process, that the woods in question had been purchased on the respondent Robertson's own account, and had not been the subject of a joint adventure with the complainer; and adhered to the Lord Ordinary's interlocutor refusing the bill and recalling the interdict, which had been granted ad interim, finding additional expenses.
