The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 28th July 2001. Amendment of the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 1998 2. Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 1998[2] shall be amended-
(b) by inserting in that Part the following names in the appropriate places in alphabetical order:-
"Strathclyde Homes Stadium, Dumbarton"
