NATURE CONSERVATION

The Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004

  Made 22nd September 2004 

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(2) of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004.

Commencement
    
2. The following provisions of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 shall come into force on 1st October 2004:-

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)


This Order brings into force certain provisions of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act") on 1st October 2004.
