(a) 30th June 2006, for–


(i) paragraphs 1 to 6 and 8 to 14 of Schedule 15 (Private Security Industry Act 2001[2]: Scottish extent) so far as they extend to Scotland; and

(ii) section 171(1), so far as relating to those paragraphs in their extent to Scotland; and



(b) 6th July 2006, for–



(i) paragraphs 1 to 7 and 10 to 14 of Schedule 15 (Private Security Industry Act 2001: Scottish extent) so far as they extend to England and Wales;

(ii) paragraph 8 so far as it extends to England and Wales, for the purpose of making regulations;

(iii) section 171(1), so far as relating to those paragraphs in their extent to England and Wales; and

(iv) section 171(2) (Private Security Industry Act 2001: Scottish extent).
