LICENSING (LIQUOR)

The Occasional Licence (Scotland) Regulations 2007

  Made 20th February 2007 
  Laid before the Scottish Parliament 21st February 2007 
  Coming into force 1st February 2008 

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 56(7) and (8)(j), 134, 146(2) and 147(1) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement
     1. These Regulations may be cited as the Occasional Licence (Scotland) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st February 2008.

Form of occasional licence
    
2. An occasional licence is to be in the form set out in Schedule 1.

Application for an occasional licence
    
3. An occasional licence application is to be in the form set out in Schedule 2.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)


These Regulations make provision as to the form of an occasional licence issued under Part 4 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and as to the form of an application for such a licence.
