The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 72 and 81(2) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Revocation Regulations 2008 Revocation Regulations 2008 and come into force on 14th June 2008.
2. The Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Revocation Regulations 2008(2) are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Revocation Regulations 2008.
These Regulations mean that the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland will continue in existence beyond 1st July 2008.
