The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by article 11(4)(b) of the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Statutory Instruments) Order 1999(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2010 Revocation Order 2011 and comes into force on 31st March 2011.

Revocation

2. The Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2010(2) are revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order revokes the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2010 which made provision for the amount payable in certain circumstances as non-domestic rates in respect of non-domestic subjects in Scotland.

The Scottish Parliament approved a motion to annul those Regulations on 2nd February 2011.
