The Court of Session makes this Act of Sederunt under the powers conferred by section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879( 1) and all other powers enabling it to do so:
1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2023.
(2) It comes into force on 30th April 2023.
(3) A certified copy is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2. The judges named for the purposes of appeal under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879 are—
(a) The Right Honourable Lady Dorrian;
(b) The Right Honourable Lord Malcolm;
(c) The Right Honourable Lord Doherty; and
(d) The Right Honourable Lord Tyre.
3. The Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2013( 2) is revoked.

This Act of Sederunt appoints the judges who may hear appeals under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Act 1879. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2013 which previously made such provision.
1879 c. 42. Section 7 was last amended by the Rating and Valuation (Amendment) (Scotland) 1984 (c. 31), section 13 and is prospectively amended by S.S.I. 2023/48.
