NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

1.            In a decision promulgated on 20 February 2014, Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge Mailer found an error of law in the determination of First-tier Tribunal Judge Kaler and set aside that decision. The appeal was listed for hearing in order for the decision to be re-made.

2.            The appellant wrote to the Tribunal on 12 August 2014 indicating that he wished to withdraw his appeal.

3.            In line with Rule 17 (1) (a) of The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 the Tribunal consents to the withdrawal of the appellant’s appeal to the Upper Tribunal.

4.            The appeal to the Upper Tribunal is withdrawn. The appellant no longer challenges the decision of the respondent dated 20 July 2013 refusing an EEA registration certificate.
