NOTICE

 

1.       The Appellant has permission to appeal against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (Judge Davies) to dismiss his appeal against a decision to refuse to grant him leave to enter and to revoke his EEA residence permit.

 

2.       Permission was granted on the 29 th February 2016 by First-tier Tribunal Judge Kelly. By written notice dated 31 st May 2016 the Appellant informed the Upper Tribunal that he wished to withdraw his appeal. Having had regard to Rule 17 of The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 I consent to that withdrawal.
