1) By letter dated 12 April 2016 the Appellant's daughter informed the Tribunal that the Appellant wanted to withdraw his appeal and make a fresh application.
2) Pursuant to rule 17(2) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 I give permission to the appellant to withdraw his appeal.
