    APPEARANCES

For the Appellant NO ATTENDANCE OR

    REPRESENTATION BY

    OR ON BEHALF OF THE

    APPELLANT

JUDGE HULL QC: This is an appeal to us from the decision of the Industrial Tribunal given on 4 December 1992, under the Chairmanship of Mrs Stella Hollis, to whom the Appellant complained that he had been unfairly dismissed.

All three of us have carefully read the papers, including the decision, and the Notice of Appeal. The case is put into our list under the special procedure to see whether we can discover any point of law which would entitle us to consider the appeal in full.

None of us have been able to detect any point of law whatever, or any ground on which this appeal could be pursued, and in those circumstances we are obliged to dismiss the appeal.
