Background
(1) whether the Appellant was disabled within the meaning of section 1 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, and
(2) whether the disability claim was time-barred.
It was that matter which came before Mr Booth's Tribunal on 28 June 2000. A full merits hearing was listed to commence on 18 September 2000.
