    This matter, which was to have been an application by Aaronson & Co to appeal against the Registrar's refusal to extend time for the lodging of a Notice of Appeal which was otherwise out of time, has been the subject of correspondence between the parties and also between Aaronson & Co and the Employment Appeal Tribunal and it can now be dismissed upon withdrawal.
