DECISION BY CONSENT ORDER
The appeal is allowed.
The decision of the Respondent dated 8 May 2018 and upheld upon a Review dated 30 August 2018 to list the “Churchill Arms” public house at 45 High Street, Sturminster Marshall, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 4AS as an asset of community value pursuant to the Localism Act 2011 section 90 is quashed.
The Respondent will de-list the Churchill Arms as an asset of community value upon receipt of this decision.
There is no order as to costs
This decision was made by the Tribunal’s Registrar. A party is entitled to apply in writing within 14 days of the date this document is sent to them for this decision to be considered afresh by a Judge.
