[2018] UKFTT 332 (PC). Disputed application for adverse possession of registered land - prescriptive rights of way claimed in the alternative. Both claims failed on the facts. Applicant unable to show anything more than persistent trespassing, or -fly-grazing- as the respondent farmer described it.
