Application to cancel a unilateral notice entered on Respondents' title to protect Applicants' claimed right to park vehicles on a drive which served both properties, but was registered to Respondents alone. Applicants claimed the right to park by long user. There was some evidence of recent parking on part of the drive, but A was unable to establish the necessary period of user. The notice was therefore cancelled
