Summary: The complainant made a request to Royal Mail Group PLC (the -Royal Mail-) under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the -Act-) for information regarding amounts received from surcharges, defined by the Royal Mail as a combination of administration fees and underpaid/unpaid postage.
