Summary: The complainant requested information about statistics relating to the Onestop service operated by Middlesbrough Council (-˜the Council-™) for its Elected Members through which they are able to submit enquiries and requests to the Council. The Council refused to disclose the information by virtue of sections 36(2)(c) and 40(2) of the Act. The Commissioner has investigated and found that sections 36(2)(c) and 40(2) are not engaged and accordingly has ordered release of the information.
