Summary: The complainant asked Southampton University Hospital NHS Trust (the Trust) to, -Please supply an electronic copy of the treatment protocol for Phosphorus burns and also for exposure to Phosphine gas.- The Information Commissioner-s decision is that the Trust does not hold the requested information. The Information Commissioner (the Commissioner) also considers that the Trust was under no duty to provide advice and assistance in this case. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
