Summary: The complainant requested information from the Tenant Services Authority (-˜the TSA-™) relating to the TSA-™s investigation of his allegations concerning an organisation and its parent company. The Information Commissioner-™s (-˜the Commissioner-™) decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the TSA has provided the complainant with all the information it holds relevant to his requests. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken by the public authority. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Information Tribunal.
