Summary: The complainant made a number of requests for information to Transport for London (-TfL-) over a short period of time. TfL considered that all the requests were vexatious and relied on section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner considers that the requests were vexatious and that section 14(1) was correctly engaged. The Commissioner requires no remedial steps to be taken.
