Summary: The complainant made various information requests to Wirral Borough Council (-the council-). The council failed to respond. The Commissioner-s decision is that the council has breached section 10(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (-the FOIA-) for failing to respond to the requests within 20 working days. The Commissioner requires the public authority to respond to the requests for information in accordance with the obligations under the FOIA.
