Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to a meeting between the Cabinet Office, the Environment Agency and Natural England. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the Environment Agency has correctly applied the exception provided by regulation 12(4)(e) (internal communications) of the EIR. The Commissioner requires the Environment Agency to disclose the information it has identified as appropriate for disclosure during his investigation as outlined in paragraph 20 of this notice.
