Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to a planned pilot badger cull. Defra provided the complainant with some of the requested information but redacted some information under regulation 12(4)(a), 12(5)(a) and 12(5)(g) EIR. The Commissioner-™s decision is that Defra was incorrect to apply regulation 12(5)(a) to parts 2, 4 and 5 of the request and was incorrect to apply regulation 12(5)(g) EIR to parts 4 and 5 of the request. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the redacted information.
