Summary: The complainant has requested information as to the political parties of all councillors who have been before the Standards Committee since May 2011. The Commissioner-™s decision is that West Berkshire Council has incorrectly applied the exemption where disclosure is prohibited under any enactment at section 44 of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the requested information as specified to the Commissioner under point 4 of the council-™s letter of 2 July 2013.
