Summary: The complainant requested information from the Royal Mail in relation to the percentage first time delivery rate by its Parcelforce depot in Deeside. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the exemption in section 43(2) of the FOIA is engaged in respect of this information with the public interest being balanced in favour of the exemption being maintained. The Commissioner therefore does not require the Royal Mail to take further any steps in this matter.
