Summary: The complainant requested copies of management documents relating to concerns about the ambulance service-™s planned rota review.The Commissioner-™s decision is that by withholding the information under s41(1) of the FOIA the East of England Ambulance Trust (the trust) did not deal with the request in accordance with the FOIA.
