Summary: The complainant asked Gloucestershire Constabulary (the Constabulary) to clarify whether the assessments it held about the badger cull consisted of assessments for individual properties or whether they were general assessments that did not evaluate specific locations. The Constabulary refused to disclose the requested information on basis of the exemptions contained at sections 31(1)(a) to (c) (law enforcement) and section 38(1)(b) (health and safety). The Commissioner has concluded that the requested information is exempt from disclosure on the basis of sections 31(1)(a) and (b).
