Summary: The complainant requested various items of information for the five year period from 2008 to 2012 in respect of actions taken against taxi drivers in South Wales. South Wales Police (-˜SWP-™) refused to provide the information by virtue of section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner-™s decision is that SWP was entitled to rely on section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
