Summary: The complainant submitted a request to Sussex Police for an operations manual about radar devices. By the date of this notice Sussex Police had yet to provide a substantive response to this request. The Information Commissioner-™s decision is that Sussex Police breached section 10 of the FOIA in that it failed to provide a valid response to the request within 20 working days of receipt. The Commissioner requires Sussex Police to issue a response under the FOIA.
