6 October 2014, Local government (Parish council)
The complainant has requested various information regarding specific properties in Maryport. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, Allerdale Borough Council does not hold any recorded information within the scope of his requests. He does not require the council to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
